Donna Howe

Donna Rides at the Door-Howe is a proud member of the Blackfeet Nation and originally from Browning, Montana. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Home Economics Education from Montana State University in Bozeman and dedicated many years to serving communities across Montana as a Family and Consumer Sciences teacher. Throughout her career in education, Donna has been committed to strengthening individuals and families through practical knowledge, encouragement, and care.

Prior to joining Messengers for Health, Donna served as a Public Services Librarian at the Big Horn County Library in Hardin, Montana, where she continued her passion for community connection and service.

As our Transportation Program Coordinator, Donna works closely with cancer and dialysis patients, as well as elders, helping ensure they have reliable transportation to medical treatments and appointments. She brings compassion, integrity, and dedication to her role each day. Donna’s commitment to service reflects the values of community, respect, and support that guide the work of Messengers for Health.
